Shipping & Returns

Order Fullfillment: When placing an order on chelseyhenry.com you will be asked to provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) as well as financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used solely for billing purposes and order fulfillment. We will notify you via e-mail when your order ships or if we have trouble processing your order.

Shipping:  For in-stock items, we ship products within 24hours of order confirmation.  We may utilize the US Post Office, Fedex, or United Parcel Service to ship your products.  We will provide a tracking number for your use to identify the delivery date.  Unless otherwise specified, we do not require signature for delivery.

Returns: If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, you may request a return authorization from us by phone or email at support@chelsey-henry.com and then return them to us in new condition within 7 days of receipt for a refund, less a 20% restocking fee.  Returns shipping cost must be paid by the customer.
